Support options generally range from none to full phone support directly with the course trainers. What you choose is up to you and how comfortable you are with processing the information presented.

product performance – Does the training course really deliver on the promises made? This is another very important selection criteria on my list. The good thing is that if negative information is found in a training course, that information will spread like wildfire across the internet and should be fairly easy to find. Look for testimonials on the course developer’s site and read them. Contact the course developer with any specific questions you may have about performance; they are usually happy to answer any questions you may have.

money back guarantee – In my opinion, you should always choose a course that offers a money back guarantee. Only course developers who are 100% confident in their product will offer a refund if you decide to request one. Not having a money back guarantee tells me they aren’t too sure about their product to begin with. If you buy a course without a stated guarantee, you could burn out very quickly with no way to get your hard-earned money back.
