Noni Juice and Fruit Anti Candida Diet

Speaking of fruits for the candida diet, there must be many pros and cons regarding which fruits are good and which are bad. I always thought pineapples were loaded with sugar, but some articles said it’s good. I personally can’t eat pineapple because it gives me severe indigestion, however it is on the list of things you can eat with yeast problems that I just found.

Here is the list: apples, avocado, peaches, pears, very beneficial apricots, all berries, cherries, currants, kumquats, loquats, nectarines, passion fruit, persimmons, pineapple, pomegranate, tamarind. Citrus fruits are not allowed while fighting yeast, except lemon juice on the salad instead of vinegar or squeezed water without sugar.

Some people think that citrus is the best fruit for yeast problems. But that’s what I’ve read in various places. We have to avoid citrus fruits, probably because of their acidic content. I always get bad indigestion from oranges or pineapple, but I can take grapefruit seed extract and add lemon juice to my water with no problem.

Stevia is a wonderful replacement for sugar if you need the taste of something sweet. Noni juice seems to help with symptoms. The taste is tasty enough, as long as you don’t exhale through your nose. Follow it up with a glass of water to help you drink. Make
Sure you buy the original noni juice.

Anyway, I’ve learned that depending on the candida diets you’re following, some agree you can eat certain foods and others say you shouldn’t. Everything is based on your individual tolerance. What I’ve learned to do is cut out all the foods that are controversial for at least a month and then add them back one at a time. You’ll know right away if your body shouldn’t have that food by the way you feel (cough, phlegm, gas, itchiness, etc.).
