It is important to review and update your job description to reflect the changes in tasks and responsibilities that have occurred. When you define your expectations for yourself, you can take the next step in managing your time properly. Create a task action list

Create a checklist that describes all the tasks you are responsible for. Start with your job description and list the corresponding tasks according to the required frequency.
