Three "Old School" Tricks to exercise the penis that professionals use to enlarge the penis

Surprisingly, some of the best ways to get every little penis growth is to use add-ons to your enlargement program that, on the surface, don’t seem to be of much use. This is one of the ways that professionals get impressive size results, while other people stick with the same penis size from last year. So even if something seems simple and isn’t worth implementing, don’t discount the potential gains you can make through its use.

Here are three tips that veterans swear by. These plugins may not seem worth implementing, but I assure you they are worth it.

1) Heating – There are many methods and ways that men do a “warm up” routine, however this is the best method. A damp towel should be heated in the microwave or in a little hot water. Take out about half of the water so that the towel is well saturated and drips slightly. The thicker the towel, the better. The hotter the better too, just make sure you don’t burn your penis.

Wrap your penis in the towel so that it has two or three layers around it. You should have a 50-75% erection at this time. Let the heat penetrate the penile tissues to relax and loosen them. Moist heat is much more penetrating than dry heat, so use a damp towel. A good six minutes should be enough. Not only will the tissues of the penis become looser and more flexible, but the additional heat will increase blood flow to the penis. This is especially important to keep in mind with jelqing, as it is a good thing.

Again, make sure the temperature is not too high. You don’t want to burn yourself. It should also be noted that the skin of the penis will become more elastic (you want this) but it will also become more fragile and prone to injury. So, take it easy and take your time not to hurt yourself when you continue with your exercises. Of course, before doing your penis exercises, be sure to use a lubricant or a lubricated condom to lessen potential receptor desensitization due to friction.

Other variations include a very hot bath, shower, sauna, or very hot hot tub. The towel trick seems to work better, in my opinion.

2) Temper – Not only should a hot and humid appliance be applied before exercising, but it should also be applied after exercising. You can get a small electric hot plate at a hobby store that will allow you to select a certain temperature. You can then get a pot, some water, and a couple of small towels and keep them at the temperature you want. One applied before exercise and one applied after exercise. Having the second towel on hand as soon as you finish, for its application, is what you can use this small electric iron for. This way, you can apply the second towel when you are done immediately. Follow the same routine as the first towel. Again, don’t burn yourself out and experiment with what feels best for you. Most guys like the temperature of the second towel to be slightly lower than the first. This is probably because the penile tissues are more sensitive after exercise.

The second towel application is just as important, if not more important, than the first towel application. Again, these add-ons are especially important when finishing jelqing exercises, but these add-ons are applicable and certainly very valuable for other penis-type exercises as well. When applying the second hot, wet towel, after exercising, do you do something extremely important? You keep the penis full of blood. You see, heat is a vasodilator. This means it will open up your blood vessels. This is why your penis turns red (or any other part of your skin, like after a very hot shower). This extra heat will help ensure that the penile arteries remain open and filled with blood (thus filling your penis).

And why is this important? It is important because this “fresh” blood contains the nutrients and oxygen necessary for the tissues of the penis to heal properly. The application of this heat will also accentuate and stretch the vasodilator responses that you fostered with your jelqing exercises. This means that it will heal faster and grow faster too.

3) Penis pump application – After exercise, these ingenious devices are worth ten times their weight in gold bars. Once the exercise process is finished, with your “Warm Down”, relax for a few minutes without the towel. However, don’t wait too long. Now, apply the penis pump to your penis and gently vacuum up to moderate pressure. Not too much, as blood vessels and skin are sensitive and wear out after exercises. So again, don’t pump the pump too much. All that is needed is a low to moderate vacuum.

Just relax for about three to five minutes with the pump applied. It has the same effect as the application of the “Warm Down” towel, as it will accentuate the exercises you have just performed and help you heal faster by increasing fresh blood loaded with fresh nutrients and oxygen.

Simple but extremely effective.

Since the tissues and responses of each man’s penis can vary greatly, I must encourage you to seek the “go-ahead” of your physician before attempting any of these penis enlargement supplements.
