So every time they get hit, they can gain small amounts of mana and be able to use their main attack skills more often. Witches who use Energy Shield will also find this mod useful, as the more Mana they have, the more able they are to use Mana for their spells and also use it as a shield buffer for Energy Shield.

A huge mana boost and good for casters, or anyone who relies on mana drain abilities as their primary attack ability. Casters benefit more from mana, but it’s still a nice bonus for melee characters.

Since Life and Mana Leech only work when physically hitting monsters, it’s much more important for melee characters compared to casters (since casters rarely hit anything with a weapon).

Life and Mana Leech are great mods to have on any item, even though Hell Difficulty has low returns on both Leeching abilities.

Magic damage reduced by 10

Magic Damage Reduction by a numerical amount is generally useless due to the fact that at higher levels, monster attacks can dish out several hundred points of damage.

This won’t be a problem for almost everyone, except perhaps Amazons who rely on long-range weapons to dish out damage to their enemies.
