Send Large File s and Folders

How to send large files over the internet through email has been made easy with the Send Large File feature in Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft has made it even more simple by making it compatible with many third party software products on the market. If you use any application or plugin for Outlook, then you will be able to send large files and attachments by just setting up the necessary options. This means that instead of spending hours working on complicated tasks to send large files, you can set up the Send Large File option, input the required file and send it immediately.

This is exactly how to send large file using gmail. When you open up the message, you will see two tabs. Now you are ready to add an attachment like a large video file to your email. Open the Microsoft outlook mail app. Select the File menu followed by the upload folder option. Choose the onedrive folder and choose the video file from the attachment. You can send the file as a standard outlook message or you can also attach the file with an audio or video.

Now when the file is uploaded, you can proceed with the email client. In the properties panel of the email client, double-click on the file. It will now appear as a new message in your Inbox. Use the drop down menu for setting the size limit of the new message. You can always change the size of the file once you have sent it as there is no size limit in Outlook. There are however some things you should avoid when sending large files.

One thing you should avoid when sending a large file is using a virus scanning program. The main reason for this is that a virus can create a conflict in the messages on your computer. It will be sent as one message but the attachment will be sent as a virus. If you really want to use a virus scanning tool, you should look for a free program. The other thing you should avoid when sending large files is using a file transfer agent software. This is because these programs will compress the file before sending it and will increase the size of the file once they have been compressed.
