Success… It’s repetitive… It’s as easy as following proven steps… No different than K-12… The only difference is that your education is set aside and the knowledge of life becomes self-directed with determination. You become part of your inner being. Your old ignorant self begins to diminish and becomes a blotted out past. It becomes a tool instead of an excuse. You become a product of your environment in whatever circle you choose to be in…
So if you choose to be successful, only fraternize with like-minded people who are moving forward. With an idea, faith, or change from negative to positive. Your world and how you choose to live it is in YOUR hands. How you choose to make your bed in the morning is how you lie in it.
Success… It is something that is self-attainable through being involved with your own kind to build a solid case or foundation for the environment in which you live.
Success… It is the reaction after failure. Aaliyah said it best: “If you don’t succeed at first, dust yourself off and try again.” An inspiring song with a meaningful message. It is what I call the hymn of the dreamer. Human beings make mistakes or take wrong paths in life. It’s like articulating a new road and trying to distinguish a stop sign from a highway.
Let’s be honest; it’s easier to get on the highway to get somewhere. More gas per mile and more time spent on other things.
Secondary roads are for leisure.
You have to be willing to take advantage. Take advantage of teamwork as collective energy.
Success… It’s a building. It can be your cardboard box, your country house or mansion. Depending on your goals and how you get the building materials to house your mission.
I’ve been reading, The 250 Personal Finance Questions Everyone Should Ask, author Peter Sander writes the question, “What personal character traits are required for financial success?” He then goes on to mention some simple steps. Awareness is a key component to keeping track of your current finances. Step two, have the Commitment to carry out the plan you put in place. Finally, in step three he mentions Control, the most important tool because temptations are the devil (voice of Bobby Bouchey)… LOL! In a sentence or two, mention how you should look at the big picture of your plan.

Success… He has followers. It’s your Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to life. Of course, filter out the nonsense. You can’t bring all of Yo momma into your life, but the concept is just a metaphor. People who follow you follow you because they are attracted to your content. You become a brand. You have the appearance of success. Your followers go where you go.
Finally, Success… It’s a lifestyle. This is how you wake up in the morning. It’s the way you look in the mirror. It is the type of food your body eats. It’s the way you risk your life for happiness. You can be anything you want to be. You have to make the decision for YOU. Everything in life begins with you. “Life is what you make of it.” So live 2013 by making your actions sound and you will be rewarded with a feeling that can not be replaced by money any day. I’m going to end this with a great quote.
